The Art of Service – Students putting theory into practice

This was the challenge taken on by 60 of the students from César Ritz Colleges Lucerne at the recent General Assembly of the Luzern Cantonal Bank.

Working alongside industry professionals, the students showed their skills in both service and in the kitchen preparation areas. It was an exciting challenge for all those involved and the energy and enthusiasm with which the students faced the job was quite inspirational.
