The first edition of the Indian Forbes 30 under 30 list, celebrates India’s best and brightest young business people who were judged their achievement, innovation and the sustainability of their business idea.
Joining the list in the category of food and hospitality, Pooja Dhingra, has enjoyed great success since opening her patisserie and cooking school, Le15, in her home city of Mumbai. It is a fantastic achievement for her success to be recognised by such a prestigious publication!
At Le15, Pooja draws on her education from César Ritz Colleges in her continued drive for perfection. Pooja is passionate about patisserie and whilst her signature is the macaron, she also creates and sells in her three outlets innovative cakes, cupcakes, éclairs, tarts and truffles.
