Our César Ritz Colleges Community

César Ritz Colleges recognizes the importance of relationships, and values the relationships our students, faculty, and staff experience with the wider community in Brig.

For example, our Brig campus has been partnering for over 10 years with Atelier Manus (https://atelier-manus.ch), an association dedicated to the integration and employment of people with disabilities. The Atelier Manus partnership includes a contract with a local bicycle courier, Viavelo (www.viavelo-brig.ch), whose scooter- and bicycle-riding staff take charge of the delivery of mail, packages, and boxes from our dorms to the campus. This eco-friendly partnership brings jobs and joy to the hard-working staff at Atelier Manus!

As an added bonus, César Ritz Colleges depends on Atelier Manus for the production of branded or personalized articles used during student events, or as gifts and give-aways for visitors and staff. The employees of Atelier Manus create stylish, eco-friendly, handmade items with great enthusiasm!

“OS Brig Süd”, the neighboring secondary school, is another valued member of the César Ritz Colleges community. We deliver meals to give students who are not able to go home over lunch the possibility of having a balanced,  healthy, and delicious meal in a safe environment.

And last but certainly not least, César Ritz Colleges also provides a modern, interactive classroom on campus for local German courses. The municipality of Brig-Glis has been running German courses, in cooperation with the Red Cross, for over 10 years to give foreign-language mothers and their pre-school children the opportunity to learn German in separate, parallel courses.
