Structure

The course is comprised of six modules, each spanning two weeks. Modules can be taken separately, but all modules need to be completed to earn a Certificate in Wine Business Management.

  • Business plan: from concept to financials
  • Winery design: focus on sustainability

  • Winery operations: how to set up distribution and systems, stakeholders management
  • Tools to manage wine-based hospitality facilities

Wine Commerce, Marketing, and Wine Tourism

  • Wine commerce: introduction, channels, key promotional and commerce authorities

  • Beermaking, market overview, trends and challenges

Requirements & Fees

  • English language proficiency of TOEFL iBT 55 or IELTS 5.5 or OOPT 50+ or equivalent
  • If you don't have the required language level, you can improve your language and study skills with our English Foundation Program. Please note that if you require a visa, Swiss authorities need to be provided with a valid TOEFL or IELTS score (not older than one year)
  • Recommended minimum age of 18 years
